Nalders, a leading law firm in Cornwall, is proud to announce the well-deserved promotions of three exceptional individuals: Kate Holland, Ines Cheeseman, and Conor Phillips. These promotions recognise the dedication and remarkable contributions to the firm from all three, who have demonstrated admirable work ethic, organisational prowess, and exceptional relationships with clients and agents.
Kate Holland, who specialises in residential property, has been promoted to Associate. Kate joined the team in 2018, initially in a support role, transitioning to a fee-earning position in 2020.
Ines Cheeseman and Conor Phillips, both joined Nalders as paralegals in 2014, and have steadily risen through the ranks, with the latest move taking from them both from Associates to Senior Associates.
Ines specialises in commercial property and her promotion recognises her faultless dedication to her clients, and ability to handle complex matters and clients with finesse and efficiency.
Conor also specialises in commercial property, and has consistently demonstrated exceptional legal aptitude and a strong work ethic, effortlessly taking over a busy commercial property caseload from Simon O’Reilly who retired from the practice last year.
Managing partner, Dale Band, said: “The promotions of Kate, Ines and Conor exemplify our firm’s commitment to fostering talent from within, as all three individuals have undertaken the majority of their legal training at Nalders. We are dedicated to providing growth opportunities for our team members, and these promotions highlight the tremendous potential within our firm. Together, we will build upon our success and reinforce Nalders’ reputation for delivering best value to our clients and providing a quality legal service throughout Cornwall”.
