Located on Bishopsgate Plaza, Pan Pacific London has partnered with St-Germain on a new al fresco seafood & cocktail Terrace On The Plaza, bringing a taste of sunshine and seashore to the heart of the City. Now open, the hotel’s expansive outdoor plaza has been transformed into the perfect sipping spot with delicious seafood, refreshing cocktails and verdant foliage.
The St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur is created from one thousand elderflowers, picked while in fullbloom, and is the inspiration behind cocktails with a certain je ne sais quoi. Choices include the signature St-Germain Spritz, a mix of St-Germain, prosecco, soda and lemon, St-Germain Hugo, a highball with fresh mint, soda, lime, prosecco and St-Germain, Espresso Martini and Patron Grapefruit Soda, all available on tap for guests to enjoy as the sun sets over the city.
The new terrace food menu features the freshest of seafood with Asian accents. Elevated small plates include Tuna Ceviche, with edamame, sliced radish, wasabi mayo and ponzu sauce, and a flavourful Prawn Rojak Salad, topped with spicy shrimp, prawns, pineapple, mooli, cucumber and toasted peanuts and a Salmon Poke Bowl.
More substantial dishes such as Lobster Roll and Lemongrass steamed mussels or for a summery sweet treat, guests can also enjoy a trio of assorted ice creams including raspberry and chilli, apple wasabi and sesame. The Terrace On The Plaza is now open from 12pm – 9pm every day until 30th September – a must visit this summer.
