GARY Jones and Daley McErlain had a record-breaking stand of 330 runs as St Blazey seconds defeated Delabole for 216 runs.

Captain McErlain led the way with an unbeaten knock of 170, with Jones scoring his maiden century before being bowled on 130.

Their fourth-wicket stand of 330 helped St Blazey to a fantastic score of 345 for four in 45 overs as they defeated Delabole by 216 runs in Division Four East.

It was a fantastic display from the two Blazey boys, with Jones being out on the last ball after scoring 130.

Jones contributed 17 fours, while McErlain had 28.

Drew Burnard, who took all the Blazey wickets, returned with figures of four for 68.

Delabole in reply were then bowled out for 129, Jordan Blanchard scored 49 but Ian Marshall starred with the ball as he took five for 19.
