A SCHOOL in St Austell sent a text message warning to parents, after a man was seen acting suspiciously with a child outside the gates.

Sandy Hill Academy took action after a man driving a dark-coloured car was spotted pulling up to a 10-year-old boy and asking him whether he wanted a lift. Fortunately, the boy declined and the driver fled the scene...
