Council urges coach firm customers to register loss

CORNWALL Council is urging customers who have lost money at the hands of collapsed Hamilton’s Coach Holidays to contact the Trustees in Bankruptcy to register their loss.

Hamilton’s is set to be struck off the the register at Companies House after being shut down by owner David Hamilton in September and will cease to exist.

Mr Hamilton blamed terrorism, a divorce and Brexit for the company’s downfall which left customers thousands of pounds out of pocket after paying for trips that never happened...
