A top chef from Rick Stein’s new Newquay restaurant is set to demonstrate his cooking skills at the harbour this September.

Fergus told the Voice: “"I'm delighted to be invited to Newquay Fish Festival this September. There's some fantastic local produce in the area as well as talented chefs and suppliers and I'm looking forward to being a part of it all.
“I haven't decided on the dish I will demo yet, but it's likely to be one of Rick's favourite recipes that we'll be featuring on our menu at Fistral."
It will be the thirteenth time the event has been held. Over the years the Festival has grown to become one of the South West’s top food events, attracting more than 20,000 visitors. It is hosted during a ‘shoulder season’ week that giving a welcome boost to the late summer season for local businesses in Newquay.
